1. UNLOCK CODES AND PASSWORDS: We would request that you remove any lock codes or passwords on your devices as we will need to test your unit after we repair it. OR you may give us your password.
2. USERDATA/INFORMATION: We will do utmost to retain any data on your devices, however we cannot be held responsible for lost data including ringtones, photos, videos, contacts, saved games, music etc. Please ensure you backup your device before sending it to us as we don’t intentionally wipe your device unless we have to & we will inform you prior to doing so.
3. Your device will be held for a maximum of 60 days after they are repaired, we will make reasonable attempt to call you (3 times) after that the unit will be auctioned.
4. LIQUID DAMAGE: Repairs can be very temperamental and are carried out on best endeavours basis, on occasions the original fault can reappear after the device has been repaired and sometimes the faults can even get worse after a period. We are not responsible for any further faults which occur after repair process is carried.
5. UNLOCKING PHONES: We do unlocking of phones and if the phone is blocked/barred we will still charge for unlocking.
6. Please satisfy yourself with your refurbished phone/laptop before leaving the shop. Warranty is only for software.
Should you wish to return any item bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 30 days and in its original, undamaged packaging. Items will be exchanged for a similar item or Store Credit. Handling and re-inventory charges may apply.
Non-refundable Items: Mobile phones (new and refurbished), Headphones and Earphones (for health and safety reasons)
